This approach boosts throughput while ensuring accurate fill levels. Advanced anti‑drip nozzles and sealing devices completely prevent leakage during the filling cycle, keeping the work environment clean. The filling volume can be adjusted electrically, and the system tracks real‑time data. Changing product specifications is as simple as selecting a new recipe on the touch screen, enabling rapid changeovers and accommodating multiple oil types and bottle sizes with minimal effort.

3. Conveying and Linking System
The conveying system adopts a stepped transfer design. The initial stage uses variable frequency drives for smooth acceleration and deceleration, improving overall efficiency. For downstream operations – such as capping, ink‑jet printing, light inspection, and case sealing – we apply a special double‑offset connection technique, which ensures precise alignment and smooth handling, reducing jams and product damage. The entire conveying path is easy to clean and meets food‑grade hygiene standards.

4. Optional Auxiliary Equipment
We offer a full range of optional machines, including automatic cap feeders, continuous screw cappers, combination capper‑sealers, leak testers, foil sealers, ink‑jet coders, automatic case erectors, packers, and case sealers.
