Coffee bean hulling & cleaning

This coffee bean processing line integrates hulling and cleaning in one streamlined system, specifically designed for green coffee beans. It consists of two main sections:

·         Hulling section: High-efficiency coffee hullers can achieving a hulling rate of over 98%. Micro‑adjustment allows adaptation to different coffee varieties and moisture contents, minimizing damage to the beans.

·         Cleaning section: After hulling, the beans pass through a cleaning system comprising several different cleaning machines, including vibrating screen, stone remover, magnetic separator to effectively separate stones, metals, dust, shriveled beans. Color sorter is optional which can separate the discolored beans to increase the quality of final products.

The line features a modular, easy‑to‑assemble design. All bucket elevators are break‑proof for smooth operation. The line is equipped with a suction system along with integrated dust collectors to keep the environment clean. A double‑needle sewing machine is provided for efficient bag sealing. The production line is highly automated, requiring labor only for feeding and discharging. It is also highly customizable for different types of coffee beans and different quality requirements from customer.
