Pulses Cleaning Line
This cleaning line handles various pulses, including soybeans, mung beans, red beans, chickpeas, and lentils. Because these pulses differ significantly in size and shape, you can quickly switch from one variety to another by simply changing screens with different mesh sizes—no need for extra equipment. We offer flexible capacities to match your actual needs, with common options ranging from 3 to 15 tons per hour.

The standard system includes a feed hopper, a vibrating screen, a destoner, an air aspiration system with dust collector, and an automatic packing unit. The vibrating screen has multiple decks to separate large debris, fine particles, and light hulls from the beans. The destoner removes heavy materials like sand, soil, or metal fragments. The air system and dust collector work together to minimize dust during processing, keeping your workshop cleaner.

You can also add an optional color sorter and a polisher. The color sorter uses optical sensors to pick out discolored, moldy, or spotted beans, improving the uniformity of the final product. The polisher buffs off fine dust adhering to the bean surfaces, giving them a brighter, more attractive appearance for better market value.

The entire line is easy to operate and needs only one or two workers, one to monitor the control panel and another for packing. We supply a double-needle sewing machine for fast bag sealing. The cleanign line will greatly increase the quality of the pulses and beans, which will greatly help you sell your products.
